Carlos Cela, a doctoral student in the ECE department, has been selected by the Department of Energy Office of Science (DOE-SC) to attend the meeting of the Nobel Laureates in Lindau, Germany this July.

Mr. Cela will be a member of a delegation that will include students supported by the Mathematical and Physical Sciences Directorate of the National Science Foundation, the Office of Science of the Department of Energy, the Oak Ridge Associated Universities, Mars, Incorporated, and the Graduate Partnerships Program of the National Institutes of Health.
