CNS Core: Small: Architecting Secure-by-Design ReRAM-Based Memories
This research, conducted by three graduate students at NCSU, investigates a protection system that uses the secured encryption of memristor-based memories.
This project investigates protective systems for memristor-based memories that eliminate side channel attacks. Three graduate students from NC State conducted research to develop an encryption-secured system that prevents attackers from gaining access to memory contents. The findings of this research hold promise to provide robust protection and better security for memristor-based architectures.
