PFI:TT: Embedded Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) to Secure the Semiconductor Supply Chain
NC State University (NCSU) and Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD) have developed a secure embedded RFID authentication system with a low cost, low power and high data rate capability.
NC State and Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD) have developed an affordable, low-power, high-data rate secure embedded RFID authentication system for the semiconductor supply chain. This system helps combat counterfeiting, gray market sales, and improper recycling. It is the first of its kind, offering an efficient and secure solution for the semiconductor industry.
