Accurate GAN generated models for SI and thermal Phase 2, Center for Advanced Electronics Through Machine Learning (CAEML) Core Project
The proposed research will be conducted using established design systems from NC State University (NCSU).
The main objectives of year 2 are to improve the capabilities of year 1 models, optimize the system for optimal tap settings for transmitters and receivers, and adapt the techniques from year 1 to predict temperatures in 3DICs. The proposed research will be conducted using established design systems from NC State.

More Details
The main objectives in year 2 is to (1) improve the capabilities of the year 1 models,(2) use the results generated in Year 1 to drive a system optimization to obtain optimal tap settings for transmitters and receivers, and (3) adapt the techniques generated in year 1 to the prediction of temperatures in 3DICs.
