Seniors came together in the ballroom of the Talley Student Center on Wednesday, May 2nd to present the results of their semester long design projects. A total of 49 projects were on display. Four of these were from the Entrepreneurs sections of ECE 480/481 whereby Seniors lead “companies” that include underclassmen from ECE and other disciplines.

Thirty projects were sponsored by industry, including established companies, startups, and entrepreneurs. Six were sponsored by ECE faculty. Thirteen were student originated ideas.

Projects covered a wide range of disciplines and many incorporated more than one in a project. Twenty-five projects involved embedded processors, ten involved wireless communication, eight involved PC/Server programming, six involved control systems, and fifteen involved analog design.
