Apple Co-Founder Steve Wozniak to Speak at NC State

What: Steve Wozniak, a co-founder of Apple Computer Inc. and the inventor of the Apple I and Apple II personal computers, will speak at North Carolina State University. Chancellor Marye Anne Fox will welcome Wozniak and attendees. Wozniak is currently the CEO of Wheels of Zeus, a designer of wireless electronics products. For his contributions to computing, he was awarded the National Medal of Technology in 1985 and the Heinz Award for Technology in 2000. He has also been inducted into the National Academy of Engineering and the National Inventors Hall of Fame. He holds a B.S. in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of California at Berkeley.
