Dr. Alper Bozkurt’s research was recently recognized in one of the most circulated newspapers of the Netherlands. Bozkurt’s team is developing microscale sensors, actuators and methodologies to unlock the mysteries of biological systems. The aim is to engineer these systems directly or develop new engineering approaches by learning from these systems.
