2585: Demonstration of Portable Solar Carport with Integrated EV Charger
The demonstration included a test drive of the solar carport from NCSU to Raleigh.
NC State recently demonstrated a portable solar carport from GismoPower. The carport was put to the test with a drive from NC State to Raleigh. The demonstration showed the advantages of portable solar carports in providing solar energy and a covered parking place to a variety of locations. This includes sites such as homes, businesses, events and festivals. The solar carport continues to be an ideal and efficient way to power electric vehicles.
