IUCRC for Advanced Electronics Through Machine Learning (CAEML) Phase II
The NC State University (NCSU) VLSI CAD Lab was created to address the challenges of designing very large-scale integrated (VLSI) circuits.
The NC State VLSI CAD Lab is an NSF/industry-funded center that focuses on applying machine learning techniques to the design of very large-scale integrated (VLSI) circuits. Through this research, the Lab aims to tackle the challenges posed by the ever-increasing complexity of modern circuit designs. With a focus on both theoretical and practical applications, the Lab works to develop new and improved design methodologies and tools. The research conducted in the Lab has been applied to a wide range of design problems, including improved power, performance, and area optimization. The Lab's findings have been presented at numerous conferences, as well as in numerous publications.
