Currently, Matt’s work focuses on the SolarAnywhere® product suite, specializing in satellite–derived solar resource data and services that help global energy firms optimize the design, development and operation of PV assets. Matt holds Master’s degrees in Data Science from UC Berkeley and Environmental Engineering from MIT. His wide-ranging background includes developing market-based solar power forecasting tools for SolarAnywhere, implementing a techno-economic microgrid design modeling suite for rural electric coops, researching the effects of clean water access in Indian homes, and ensuring clean water access for over 2 million people in Sub-Saharan Africa.
