Former ECE Faculty member Ren Luo has been selected as the new Preisdent of National Chung Cheng University (NCCU) where he has served as Dean of Engineering. NCCU is a relatively young university but one of the top five universities among 150 universities/institutes in Taiwan. Boasting seven Colleges, 24 Departments and 35 Graduate Programs offering MS and Ph.D. degree programs, NCCU has a population of over 9,000 students and employees more than 800 faculty and staff. Dr. Luo hopes the University can sponsor one of the major IES sponsored international conference in the near future. Congratulations and wishes for great success Dr. Luo!
