If you're interested in a truly local weather report, check out the real-time data available from a new weather station installed atop Engineering Building 2. NC State's WeatherSTEM provides up-to-the-minute readings on temperature, wind, humidity, ozone, ultraviolet radiation, barometric pressure and other key metrics.

It even has its own Twitter feed that offers a daily forecast along with photos of the sky over Centennial Campus.

Dan and Jean Eddleman: Turning Roadblocks Into Stepping Stones

Dan, a Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering alumnus, and Jean, a Department of Biological Sciences alumna, want to ‘pay it forward.’ The couple’s three-part planned gift to the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, the North Carolina Plant Sciences Initiative and the Division of Academic and Student Affairs will help support NC State students for years to come.
