Using Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality to Enhance Learning in Electromagnetics
NC State has developed an augmented reality (AR) approach for teaching and learning electromagnetics concepts. This approach utilizes a three-dimensional, tangible representation of the electro-magnetic field to provide a clear understanding of the electromagnetic field, its behavior and its effects. AR allows students to easily and intuitively grasp the fundamentals of electromagnetics, providing an enhanced level of conceptual understanding.
