Over 16 years of experience in industry and 10 years of experience in Academia. Expertise and research in: innovation, entrepreneurship, commercialization, mentoring startups, business plan preparation including make vs. buy analysis, market research and analysis, financial valuation, writing and presenting plans to investors and venture capitalists; preparing and making presentations to top management executives; writing, negotiating and getting contracts approved for large construction projects; preparing and approving commercial, technical and engineering specifications, design documents and drawings; preparing and negotiating project scope; negotiating commercial and technical specifications for mega projects; ensuring that projects comply with technical and commercial requirements; project management; valuation of ideas and feasibility studies; budget and cash forecasting and management.
